|  | | Joining us in August 2020, Julie manages a large portfolio of properties from our Swansea Marina office, to include move ins, property maintenance and tenancy management. Julie lives in Swansea with her husband and two sons, and has previous experience in Lettings, Sales and Property Management. Julie loves spending time with her family and going on overseas holidays!

|  | | Brenda joined the team in September 2018, having returned to her hometown of Swansea after living in the North East and Shropshire for a number of years. Brenda lives with her lovely cat Lola, is a huge film buff and loves a good book (and a glass of red)! Brenda manages our Sketty and Mumbles based properties, and deals with move ins, property maintenance and tenancy management.

|  | | Originally born in the Isle of Wight, Gina has lived in Swansea from a young age. She lives with her husband and two children, and has over ten years experience in the property industry. Gina loves spending time with her family, keeping fit and watching the Swans! Gina joined the team in January 2021 and is based across our three branches and manages the full end of tenancy process, from notice, pre check out visits and advice, check out management and deposit returns. Gina also assists with all property preparation for our relets and new listings.

|  | | Vicky grew up in Upper Killay, and lives in Swansea with her fiance and two young children. Having joined the team in November 2020, Vicky has a number of years experience in administration, and enjoys walks with her children and cosy film days! Vicky is based in our Sketty office and works part time. Her main roles include safety certificate renewals, move ins and utility management, and administration for the Lettings teams.

|  | | Leah comes from Ireland and moved to Swansea a few years ago. She lives with her three children, puppy, cat and the goldfish! Leah joined the team as a Lettings Negotiator in June 2016, and has covered a variety of roles within the company. She loves running and prosecco and dislikes tuna! Leah is based in our Sketty and Mumbles offices and also works part time. Her main roles include safety certificate renewals, move ins and utility management, and administration for the Lettings teams.

|  | | Nicole joined Belvoir in 2017 and has worked in our Property Management team throughout, firstly as a Property Manager and more recently as a Senior Property Manager. Nicole is currently on maternity leave, and we look forward to her return in April 2021! Nicole oversees the smooth running of the Property Management department, along with tenant, landlord, maintenance and compliance queries.
