| Growers should be aware that The Official Control (Plant Protection Products) regulations 2020 will require anyone who use PPPs as part of their work, or if they have PPPs applied by a third party in agriculture, horticulture, the amenity sector or forestry in Great Britain must notify DEFRA using the below form by 22 June 2022.
