| | Russia is a major contributor to the world fertiliser market. Due to the imposition of sanctions following their invasion of Ukraine, this significant source of raw materials has been withdrawn from the supply chain. The resulting volatility within the fertiliser markets means all straight and compound fertiliser is now facing frequent price alterations, and extended lead times for supply.
